About this scene
Big-box store aisle, weekday afternoon. She's a pretty blonde, late twenties, in jeans and a sweater. The flash is across the aisle. She positions herself to watch and then stays in that position for two minutes forty-seven seconds. Another shopper enters the aisle at the two-minute mark. She does not relocate. She does not change her angle. The other shopper passes between her and the flash and continues without noticing the dynamic. She does not flinch.
What to watch for
The other shopper passing through is the test. Most public watchers reposition when the line of sight is interrupted. She does not. She holds her exact spot and lets the other shopper walk through her view. The pause when the shopper crosses the field of view is about three seconds. After that her view is restored and she is in the same position. The clip ends with her finally walking off, with the other shopper now in the next aisle browsing without any awareness of what just happened.
