Sipping her latte by the window, looked outside, and nearly choked on her drink. Coffee almost went everywhere. She wiped her mouth and kept watching through the glass.

Coffee shop, sidewalk-facing window seat, weekday morning. She's a blonde in a casual outfit, holding a takeaway cup mid-sip. The flash happens directly outside the window. The coffee comes out of her mouth onto the table in a single short spray. She laughs through the choke for about ten seconds. Other customers glance over. She waves them off without making eye contact and starts wiping the table with napkins.
What to watch for
The spit take is involuntary and unstageable. She had a mouthful of coffee and her body chose to expel it rather than swallow. The laugh that follows is real.
