Corporate look, power suit, heels clicking. Total professional until she saw it. The composure crumbled in real time and the business face turned into a very non-business face.
About this scene
Lobby of an office building, weekday morning. She is in a structured business suit, leather portfolio under one arm, hair pinned up, walking toward the elevator. Her whole presentation reads professional. The flash happens at the elevator bank. Her composure cracks in under three seconds. The cracks come out as a half-laugh she suppresses, a fast eye-flick to the floor and back, and a recalibration of her grip on the portfolio. She gets into the elevator.
What to watch for
The crack is structural. Her professional posture is built for the meeting she's walking to and the suit is doing a lot of the work. The half-laugh is involuntary and she catches it within a half-second, but it was already audible. The grip on the portfolio tightens by an inch when she presses the elevator button. The doors close on her with her face just barely back in professional mode. The presentation she's about to give will be slightly off.
