Three friends sitting together on the train and one nudged the other two to look. All three spotted the bulge and started whispering and giggling. They liked what they saw and weren’t hiding it.

Subway car, four girls sitting on the same bench seat. They face the doors across the aisle. The bulge is at the far end of the carriage on a man standing at the pole. The first girl notices and her eyes widen. She nudges the second one. The second one looks. She nudges the third. By the time the fourth one figures it out the other three have been watching for almost a minute. The fourth girl's reaction is the one the clip is built around.
What to watch for
The cascade is the structure. The first three reactions are quick. The fourth one takes time because she's the one furthest from the original sight line and she has to follow the chain of nudges to figure out where to look. When she finally clocks it her face goes through the full reaction sequence with all three of her friends already past it. The other three are watching her watch it, which is the meta layer. The clip ends with all four still on the bench, staring.
