What to watch for
The product is forgotten the moment she picks it up. Watch the bottle in her hand. It rotates once, like she's about to read the back, then settles back into the front-facing position. She does not actually rotate it again. After two minutes she puts it back on the shelf in roughly the right spot but not exactly. The bottle next to it is now slightly out of line. She walks off without adding anything to her basket. The list in her other hand is unchecked.
