Public sidewalk encounter shot from the opposite side of the street. The flasher is on one side, the two amateurs are tucked behind a planter ten feet from him, watching. They believe the planter blocks the line of sight. From the camera's angle across the street, every move they make is visible. They whisper, point, lean closer, and one of them takes out her phone to record her own version. They do this for almost three minutes.
What to watch for
The voyeur-on-voyeur framing is the joke. They think they're hidden. They are not. The angle from the opposite sidewalk catches their reactions in a way they cannot account for. Watch the one with the phone. She angles it twice for the right shot. The other one elbows her at one point and they both laugh quietly. They walk off thinking they got away with watching, with no idea their reactions are also on film.
