Eating her sandwich, scrolling her phone, regular lunch break stuff. Then she looked up and lunch got a lot more interesting. Sandwich sat there untouched for a while.
About this scene
Outdoor lunch spot, weekday early afternoon. She arrives with a takeout container in one hand and an iced coffee in the other and sits down at the bench. She has about thirty minutes before her break ends. The flash happens at the bench across the way about a minute into her lunch. The takeout container goes on the bench beside her. She does not eat for the rest of the break. She does drink the iced coffee, slowly.
What to watch for
The takeout is the casualty. She had a meal planned. The meal does not happen. Watch the container. The lid stays on. She does not open it. The coffee gets sipped at regular intervals, which means her hands need something to do, but the food is forgotten. By the end of the lunch break she has finished the coffee and not eaten a bite. She stands up, picks up the unopened container, and walks back toward her office building.
