Full cartoon-style double take. Head snapped forward, then whipped right back around so fast you could almost hear the sound effect. Had to make sure she saw what she thought she saw.

Outdoor public area, afternoon. She is walking past at normal speed. The flash registers. The double take is large enough to look performed but it is genuine. The first look at normal speed. Then the ratchet back happens, head snapping, eyes widening to a comedic degree. Both of them are real involuntary reactions. The whole sequence is about three seconds.
What to watch for
The cartoon-quality of the double take is what makes it stand out. Real reactions sometimes look performed and this is one of them. The eye widening is the largest in the dataset. The head snap is fast enough to crack. After the double take her face holds the wide-eyed shape for a moment longer than necessary. Then it relaxes. She walks on at slightly faster speed. About thirty feet down the sidewalk you can hear her exhale a small laugh. She is laughing at her own reaction.
