About this scene
She walks up to the driver window and says something nobody catches because she's already reaching in by the time the audio starts. Her hand goes to work in the same motion she'd use to wave at a friend. Whole thing takes under two minutes, including the part where he pulls his shirt up out of the way. She's got a bag of groceries in her other hand and she switches it from her right side to her left to free up the working hand. She doesn't put the bag down once.
What to watch for
Watch the angle at the ninety-second mark. She leans back, repositions, and tilts her wrist for the finish. The cumshot lands clean and she watches it land. Then she watches him, then she goes back to watching it, then she gives a small nod like she's confirming a delivery. She doesn't say anything before walking off. The bag is still in her left hand the entire time.
