She moves two feet closer to the rack he's near, picks up a product, and pretends to inspect it from that angle. The product is something she clearly does not need and would not buy. She stays in that position for almost a minute.
What to watch for
The closer-instead-of-further is the unusual choice. Most people choose distance. She chose proximity. The product she's pretending to inspect is held in her left hand, and her right hand is free and does not move. She is holding her body still. The angle of her shoulders rotates by about ten degrees over the course of the minute, which is the only motion she makes. By the end of the clip she has not added the product to a basket. She puts it back and walks off.
